The use of calorimetry, as used in the biochemistry and biophysics fields of today, was in its infancy 25 years ago. This bibliography contains a collection of references from those early days to today’s latest advances. The Biocalorimetry citations included in this volume are organized by biopolymer type (e.g. protein, nucleic acid, lipid/membrane, or carbohydrate) and by the calorimetric technique used (diferential scanning calorimetry (DSC) or isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC). The DSC studies concentrate on the thermodynamics of folding and/or thermal stability of the biopolymer. The ITC studies focus on the thermodynamics of molecular interactions. The most common example is ligand binding.
